Hi,

As you all have heard already, Habitat for Humanity will be holding a T-Shirt designing competition. We have decided to make this a House competition as well, so respective Houses will earn points based on the number of entries, and then additional points will also be awarded to the House the winner is from (similar to the House Poetry Competition). Tomorrow the competition will open for all Secondary students and we will tell them to contact their respective House Leader for more information. The guidelines for this competition are stated below:

1. The design must include the Habitat Logo 2. The design should be simple and colours limited to blue, white, green, black 3. The design should be completed on the template which I have attached to this email (if they wish to do both a front and back design then they can complete two seperate templates but should state clearly which is the front/back) 4. The deadline for all submissions will be Thursday 21st June and these should be scanned and emailed to Lucy Adam (luad13) or Erica Maesincee (erma13) 5. The winner will be announced in the final Awards/House assembly. He/she will receive a special prize as well as have his/her name printed on the winning T-Shirt design.

If you have any further questions please email me or Astrid Goh (asgo12) and if you feel it necessary a meeting between House Leaders and the Habitat committee can also be held to address any questions that arise. Once the competition commences feel free to email and encourage your House to participate!

Regards,

The Habitat for Humanity Team
